This class incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet (no dance experience required!). Add to this dynamic mix the alignments of yoga and the strength building from sports conditioning and you have a challenging and exciting class, which strengthens and sculpts muscles, while burning fat and improving fitness. Balance, strength, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control all improve while joints are protected through harmonious and efficient movement.

Pre-requisite:  A genuine interest in sweating a little bit and finding muscles you might not have known were there!
